Terms of use
The ground rules.
What GramDock lets you do, and the rules to follow.

The service and your access
GramDock is an independent application that uses the Telegram API. It lets existing members view the chats their account can access, explore the information available with Profile+, and export media or messages to their device or to the site’s space.
These terms govern the use of the service. The publisher must be identified in the legal notice, whose fields remain to be completed. GramDock is not published, endorsed or sponsored by Telegram.
Connect only an account that belongs to you or for which you have valid authorization. Protect your credentials and your sessions. You can manage the saved connections in “My account” and revoke access from Telegram’s connected devices.
Accessible doesn’t mean copyright-free
Being technically able to view or download a file, including in a protected channel, gives you no additional rights over that file. Before exporting, keeping or sharing it, make sure you have the right to do so and that you respect the applicable restrictions, copyright, privacy and Telegram’s terms.
The service does not allow you to bypass an access control, use someone else’s account without their agreement, or retrieve content you don’t have access to. Technical availability is neither the creator’s authorization nor a guarantee of compliance with Telegram’s rules.
You are responsible for the operations you request and for how you use your copies. GramDock grants no license over third-party content. Unlawful uses, harassment, identity theft and the non-consensual sharing of private or intimate content are prohibited.
Profile+ and respect for people
Profile+ shows the information Telegram provides to your account: for example, groups in common, photos or available aliases. This information may be incomplete or change. It is not a verified identity, an exhaustive history or proof about a person.
Viewing it does not permit abusive sharing, building unlawful files, or monitoring or targeting a person. If your use amounts to processing personal data, you must meet the obligations that apply to you.
Planned plans, no active purchases
The planned Free plan includes 3 media items in total per account to try the service, without Profile+, online storage or export of a full history. GramDock++ is presented with 5 GB of storage to start, then higher capacities at the displayed price. Businesses and government agencies can visit the contact page.
The capacity and billing-period selector on the home page only displays a proposed price. It does not trigger any payment, reserve any access or change an account’s space. Prices, quotas and options remain to be confirmed before launch.
Before any sale, the contractual information will specify the total price, the duration, billing, the cancellation terms, the applicable withdrawal rights and the legal guarantees. These terms of use do not replace those future terms of sale.
Availability and limits of the service
What GramDock can do depends in particular on Telegram’s responses, your account’s permissions, file formats and the technical limits displayed. An export may be partial, interrupted or become unavailable. Size estimates are not a guarantee of the final volume.
Telegram may change its APIs or restrict access under its own terms. GramDock guarantees neither the permanent availability of a feature nor that a Telegram account will never be restricted. Keep an independent copy of the files you need.
These limits describe how the service works; they do not erase the publisher’s obligations or its liability where the law makes it liable.
Reports, restrictions and legal requests
Unlawful use, a security breach or a clear violation of these terms may justify a proportionate restriction of access or the removal of the content concerned. Where the situation and the law allow it, the user is told the reason and may submit their comments.
The contact details for reporting content, requesting a correction or contesting a measure are on the contact page; they remain to be completed. For a report, state the item concerned, where it is, the reason and a way to reply to you, without sending any password or Telegram session.
The publisher responds to requests from authorities when a legal obligation or an enforceable decision requires it, within the limits of that request and of the data it holds. The service promises no immunity from a proceeding or a lawfully grounded request.
Responsibilities and preserved rights
Everyone is answerable for their own acts and failures under the conditions set by law. A member’s abuse of the service does not release the publisher from its own obligations. No clause removes a consumer’s mandatory rights, including their remedies if the publisher fails to meet its obligations.
The applicable rules and the competent courts are determined by law. No exclusive territorial jurisdiction is imposed on a consumer. The details of the competent mediator must be provided before a paid plan for consumers opens.
Data and changes to the terms
The Privacy page describes the data used by the service and the information still to be completed. A substantial change to these terms must be brought to members’ attention before it applies, except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise. It does not remove rights already acquired.
